SERIES "A" PROJECT

SERRAMENTI

Technique and style aim to product qualification and obtainment, through specific solutions, of new market segments as landmark building renovation or residential sector where wooden frames are traditionally proposed.

Technical innovations and competitive advantages: the sequence here presented shows how the profiles shape has been completely redesignesd in comparison with the traditional "opposite grooves" system. The new profile shaping ensures, through application of a finisching gasket, the obtaiment of fully planar surface on the inner We developed a section (picture 2) able to get, thanks to the presence of two opposite beams, an high inertia moment though containing weight.
Conseguent advantages: the same performance at less weight, thence material saving.
The system grants the assembly of the cremone rod and connection fittings (picture 4) with assembled sasch, without additional tooling. The opening accessories are applied by pressure on the assembled sasch, after having linked the connectors.
Consequent advantages: no milling on profile groove for cremone bolt insertion. Simpler and time saving procedure in accessories assembly and in case of replacement.
Accessories innovation brought to the invention of sasch closing system providing a ventilation device (picture 3). Besides air exchange in the enviroment with no need of tilt and turn mechanism, this solution offers a ceratin gurglar resistance.
Consequent advantages: ventilation and security function without the additional cost of a tilt and turn device.
A further patented innovation is constituted by the assembly system for rounded glazing bead (soft-line), without the usual fixing fittings.
Consequent advantages: reduction of assembly labour and saving on components number and cost.

SERIES A LOUVERS

"Series A" system for Louvers and French Windows

The system links a simple fabrication technique, that the window manufacturer can easily handle, to a complete offer in terms of solutions. The design meets the requirements of landmark buildings renovation and first installation in residential environment. The sash was conceived and shaped to take the majority of slats and relevant devices whitch are commonly available on the international market, making it compatible with products and habits of most of the customers. In the meantime the accessories assembly was studied to be totally external, which grants labour reduction, and fit to accomodate a great deal of existing/available items the customers commoly uses. Strong point a very wide applications range, covering every use condition the louvers-shutter may have, including a slider. The shaping of frames features the "Series A" curved lines.
Basic dimensions and features: The frame/sash and jalousies have a 50mm depth. They can be composed with internal/external overlap. Crossabars having a 45mm depth are also available, whereas the groove taking the fixed or movable slats is 35mm deep. A great choice of fixed or moveable (Naco type) slats is offered. Internal overlap sash to frame 6mm. Overlapping fin on wall (where applicable) 22mm. Gap between frame/sash 5mm.
The system grants fabrication of louver shutters (1or 2 vents windows or balcony doors) with external frame (with or without center profile) without external frame and sash applied to the jamb (with or without center profile), without external frame and sash externally applied to the masonry (with or without center profile), sliding. On the casement opening louver shutters, the insertion of projecting out jalousies is foreseen.
Water tightness system: gasketing on fins and, in case of moveable slats, gasketing on slats.
Accessories and gaskets: application technique and relevant advantages are those expressed in the corresponding section of non - thermally broken frames. For a closer examination please refer to Louver Shutters Cataloque and Alliance Technical Catalogue Accessories and Gaskets.

SERIE A MONOBLOCKS

"Series A" system for Monoblock

The monoblock line is proposed both in thermally broken and in yhe normal version. The offered advantages under the product towards the main features of products towards the main features of products traditionally available on the Italian market. A reduction in the number of the used profiles was out by creating multifuction profiles.
The research is marked by the creation of a built-in container for the concealed rolling up of a built-in container for the concealed rolling up of fly-screen which can be supplied inclued in the monoblock or on afterwards customer's request.
Specific care was reserved to the shutterbox, that can be easily opened for mainteinance and features a nice rounded outline and high thermal insulation. A keen evaluation requirements was done, studying a frame to use in case of side by side windows or window/balcony door, which often occurs.
For basic dimensions, glazing, water/air tightness systems and feasible typologies please refer to the relevant "Series A" thermal break or non-thermally broken product sections in which the monoblock is integrated.
